In-Home Consultations - This is a great option for sellers or realtors who want staging advice on what should be done to prepare a home for sale. It takes approximately 2 hours for the property walk-through and assessment, followed by a comprehensive “to-do” report. We make recommendations for cosmetic improvements, de-cluttering, décor, and optimal furniture placement. We also include an assessment of curb appeal and exterior improvements. A consultation starts for as low as $150.00.
Occupied Home Staging - Your home will be transformed as we work with what you already own to create the "WOW" effect, and capture the interest of potential buyers. Furniture, artwork, and accessories will be rearranged to help the home appear warm, welcoming, and spacious. We may recommend editing or bringing in more furnishings and accessories to create optimal results. Most home staging can be completed in less than a day. In no time, your home will be transformed from "ordinary" to "extraordinary"! $60.00 per hour.
Vacant Property Staging - Vacant homes can appear cold and uninviting. 9 out of 10 potential buyers can't visualize a vacant home furnished or accessorized, therefore, they can't envision themselves living in the home. We create definition and purpose for each room to the extent of the wishes of the property owners, whether fully staged or with vignettes and simple accessories. Main living spaces (living, dining, kitchen, master bedroom and bath) are the most important areas to be staged. Vacant property staging involves the rental of furniture and accessories in addition to the staging services (which includes design, preparation, delivery, installation, and de-staging). Pricing depends on the size of the home, number of rooms to be staged, and complexity of the project.*
New Home Move-in Staging - Moving to a new home? Let us help with your move-in and eliminate the stress of moving chaos. Call ahead and we will be there on moving day. We will help with furniture and accessory placement, hanging of window treatments and artwork, and make your new house a “home”.*
Staging to Live and Staging to Work - Let us help transform your living or work space into a fresh and unique environment based on your tastes and lifestyle. This may involve repurposing, reorganizing, redesign, and new furniture and accessory selection and placement.*
De-cluttering and Organizational Solutions - Take the stress and frustration out of your life by letting us create a space you can truly enjoy. We will de-clutter and create organizational solutions that will result in a more defined, organized, comfortable, and functional environment.*
Staging for Seniors - The idea of downsizing can be very daunting. You have years of collections, treasured memories, and possessions that need to be donated, given to family members, or reduced to fit into smaller spaces. We will work with you with great respect, care, and compassion to assist with your downsizing needs, and in creating a new, stylish, and comfortable living environment for the "new stage" of your life. $60.00 per hour.
Holiday and Special Event Staging - We will design a festive and memorable look for any occasion. Whether it is an extravagant winter wonderland or intimate backyard wedding, a tropical-themed birthday party or elegant soiree, we will bring magic to your event.*
Exterior Staging for Curb Appeal - You want your home to be inviting and say "Welcome Home!" We will enhance your home's curb appeal through landscape improvements, customized plant containers for your porch and patios, and decorative accessories.*
