Evelyn Ryberg is the owner of Distinctive Homes Northwest, LLC and an Accredited Staging Professional® (ASP® ). She is also a real estate broker with Windermere Real Estate/West Sound Inc.  Memberships include the International  Association of Home Staging Professionals® (IAHSP®), Kitsap County Association of REALTORS®, and the Greater Kingston Community Chamber of Commerce. She has traveled extensively, and has lived in many cities across the country. Buying and Selling homes is second nature for her.

Her professional career has been very diverse and rewarding. Evelyn is a trained opera singer and knows “staging” from its most creative and dramatic sense.  In addition to her performance career she had a long career in the financial services industry in the area of Private Banking and Wealth Management, working for major financial institutions.  Being a trusted advisor and finding creative solutions were keys to her success.  She continues to take her role as a "trusted advisor" very seriously in working with clients.  

Evelyn has a keen eye for design, along with attention to detail, and brings creativity and experience to each project along with passion, professionalism, and integrity.  Evelyn will provide the highest level of service and earn your trust through her consultative and professional manner.
